Yeast-Free Pizza Dough


2 ½ cups Golden Cloud Cake Wheat Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
¾ cup + 2 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Cooking Oil


Tomato Puree
Grate Cheese of your choice (we suggest mozzarella or cheddar)
Other toppings of your choice





Step 1: Combine Golden Cloud Cake Wheat Flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, combine the water and oil and stir vigorously.
Step 3: Slowly add the water and oil to the dry ingredients and mix well until the dough can form a ball. The dough should not be sticky. If too dry, add a tablespoon of water at a time until the consistency is right.
Step 4: Lightly dust your work surface with Golden Cloud Cake Wheat Flour and knead your dough for approximately 5 minutes until smooth and springy.
Step 5: Using the palms of your hands and your fingers, spread the dough out into a disc shape and place onto a greased baking pan. Alternatively, roll out the dough with a rolling pin to form a disc and place on a greased baking pan.
Step 6: Spread tomato purée on top of the pizza base, add cheese and toppings of your choice.
Step 7: Bake in oven at 200˚C for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly brown.

Recipe makes one pizza base and serves 2-4 people
