Setting time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 slabs Beacan Heavenly Ivory cream

  • Candy eyes

  • Jelly tots

  • Double Choc mini egg cookies

Method 

  1. In a microwave-friendly bowl, heat the chocolate for 30 seconds.

  2. Stir and heat for a further 20 seconds.

  3. Repeat the process until there are no significant bits of chocolate.

  4. Mix the melted chocolate gently till smooth. Do not mix vigorously, as the chocolate will start to cool.

  5. Pour the chocolate into the mould and allow it to set for 20 minutes.

  6. Once set, remove from the mould and gently place on the candy eyes and jelly tot nose.

  7. Fill one half with candy and Double Choc mini egg cookies.

  8. To seal the 2 halves together, place a plate in the microwave for 30 seconds. Place one half on the plate to slightly melt the chocolate edge. This will act as the glue to seal the 2 halves together.
