Pancake Recipe

1 cup Golden Cloud Cake Wheat Flour (levelled)
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
1 cup Milk
1 large Egg
1 tbsp Cooking Oil or Unsalted Butter (melted)





Step 1: Whisk together milk, butter/oil and egg in a medium bowl. Add in the dry ingredients and whisk until a smooth batter is formed (do not overmix).
Step 2: Lightly grease a large frying pan and place on stove on medium heat.
Step 3: For each pancake, spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter onto the frying pan. Use the back of the spoon to spread batter around in the pan.
Step 4: Cook until surface of pancakes have some bubbles and a few have burst, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip carefully with a thin spatula, and cook until browned on the underside, 1 to 2 minutes more. Serve warm, with desired toppings.
