Double Chocolate Cheesecake Muffins
1¼ cup Oil
⅔ cup Milk
½ cup Sugar
250g Cream Cheese
Step 1: Mix one egg, sugar and cream cheese in a bowl.
Step 2: Pour the mix into a plastic bag and refrigerate for later use.
Step 1: In a clean bowl beat 2 eggs, the milk and oil together.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, pour in your Golden Cloud Chocolate Muffin Mix and add the egg-milk mix. Mix well.
Step 3: Using an oiled muffin tray, pour in your cupcake mixture halfway.
Step 4: Remove the cream cheese mix from the fridge and cut a tip off the plastic bag.
Step 5: Pipe the cream cheese mix over the cupcake mix in the muffin tray.
Step 6: Sprinkle chocolate chips over the cream cheese mix and top up the rest of the tray with more of the cupcake mixture and more chocolate chips.
Step 7: Bake for 15 -20 minutes at 180˚C.
