1 cup Golden Cloud Cake Wheat Flour
1 can Pilchards in Tomato Sauce (drained)
1 can Koo Butter Beans
2 tsp Benny Seasoning Chicken Flavour
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Onion (chopped)
2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
2 large Eggs (beaten)
Cooking Oil for frying





Step 1: Empty the pilchards and butter beans into a large bowl and mash together.
Step 2: Add the Golden Cloud Cake Wheat Flour and chicken flavoured seasoning followed by the cayenne pepper, chopped onions, chopped parsley and then the eggs and mix together.
Step 3: Mould into discs and allow to set on a lined baking sheet.
Step 4: Fry in a shallow frying pan with a little sunflower oil. Plate as desired.

Dip Ingredients

1 cup Crosse & Blackwell Lite Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)


Add chopped parsley to the mayonnaise and mix well.
