Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp Golden Cloud Cake Flour
- 4 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 6 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- 2 Beacon Milk Chocolate Marshmallow Eggs
Method:
- Spray two coffee cups with baking spray.
- In a small bowl combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Create a well in the centre and add the milk, canola oil, vanilla essence and chocolate chips. Stir through.
- Divide the mixture into the cups, place a marshmallow egg in each cup
- Microwave for 2 minutes until cake is set.
- Allow to cool slightly before indulging!
