  • 1 cup Sugar plus extra
  • 120g Softened Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 1½ cups Golden Cloud All Purpose Flour


  1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C and prepare a baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl cream together sugar and butter.
  3. Add the egg and mix together well.
  4. Add peanut butter, vanilla essence and salt and mix until smooth and creamy.
  5. Stir in salt, baking soda and flour until well combined.
  6. Separate your dough into small balls and then roll in sugar.
  7. Arrange your dough balls onto your baking sheet and flatten with a fork.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
